Vestibular Rehabilitation

I've developed a wellness and training service to help you achieve your fitness goals, whether it's a maintenance program, weight loss, general strengthening, or sports-specific fitness. These sessions aim to enhance your health and performance using evidence-based exercises for safety. If you're injured or in pain, a physical therapy evaluation is recommended before transitioning to wellness sessions.
